RTUGAAI Cares: An Extension Program for Fire Victims

Over twenty five (25) alumni fire victims had been identified to be the recipient of the cash donations which was given last December 3, 2016 at the Astro Hall of the Research and Development building of the University. Recently, a major fire outbreak occurred at Barangay Addition Hills affecting several areas which include Block 34, 35, 36 and some parts of Barangay San Jose in the City of Mandaluyong.

The extension program started with a Holy Mass presided by Rev. Fr. Alex Balatbat which stresses that “God is our Light and our Salvation and to be a able live we should give” This primarily lead the association to give and share the love for each and every alumni member who are now suffering from great losses. Alumni President Mr. Mark Roy Boado, on the other hand announces that all fire victims shall be given a free alumni ID and membership for two years and possible assistance in claiming their transcript of records. Other participants in the program were the Vice President of Development and Administration, Dr. Rogelio M. Hernandez, University Accountant, Mr. Joseph Clemente, Cultural Secretary, Mr. Julian Santos, RTUGAAI Officers, Kag. Carlito Cenial and GAAI Alumni Coordinators.
